Some residents and business owners in Owasso are anxiously waiting for 76th Street North to reopen.

The road has been closed since last April while crews work to widen it. The project was suppose to be done by this past January, but has been delayed because of permit issues, right-a-ways and utility relocation.

Now, crews are saying the work should finished by mid-April.
