Jury selection got underway Monday in the Wagoner County courthouse in a murder forhire case.

Attorneys expect a jury to be seated in Bradley Kissia's trial by Tuesday. Kissia is accused of paying to have someone kill his estranged wife Dayna[pictured] in December of 2002.

This is Kissia's second murder trial. The first one ended in a hung jury last year. Bradley Kizzia has maintained all along he's innocent.
