The latest numbers from the News on 6 and the Tulsa World show strong support for most of the six propositions in the upcoming bond election.

The new poll of 500 likely voters in Tulsa shows Proposition 1 is favored by almost a 4 to 1 margin. It would raise over $154-million to repair and improve streets, expressways, sidewalks and bridges.

Another item, Proposition 3, would raise $33-million for flood control. It does not seem to be favored by as large a margin, but it is still running ahead by nearly 2 to 1.

However, more voters seem undecided, 13 percent say they don't know how they'll vote.
