DALLAS (AP) _ Oklahoma State will play Texas Tech and Oklahoma has a bye in the first round of the Big 12 women's basketball tournament that begins Tuesday in Dallas.

The Cowgirls are the 12th seed after going 0-and-16 in conference play. The Lady Raiders are the fifth seed.

Tip-off for the game is 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at Reunion Arena.

OU is the top seed after going 16-and-0 and becoming the first women's team to go undefeated in conference play. The Sooners will play Wednesday at noon against the winner of the Texas-Iowa State game.
