Fire leaves one person homeless early Monday morning.

Fire crews were called to a home in the 4200 block of North Kenosha around 2 AM. A man got out of the home safely. The fire did about $40,000 in damage.

The fire marshal is investigating.

An investigation is also underway into a suspicious fire overnight. Crews responded to a fire at a home at Admiral Court and Delaware around 3 AM.

The fire caused a lot of damage to the back of the house. The house is vacant.
