Tulsa attorney picked to conduct review over the handling of a Tulsa Police SWAT report

Mayor Bill LaFortune has picked a person to conduct the internal review of how Tulsa Police Chief Dave Been handled an interim Tulsa Police SWAT report. <br/><br/>He selected Tulsa attorney Frank Hagedorn.

Mayor Bill LaFortune has picked a person to conduct the internal review of how Tulsa Police Chief Dave Been handled an interim Tulsa Police SWAT report.

He selected Tulsa attorney Frank Hagedorn. LaFortune placed the chief on leave earlier this week. The mayor says Been covered up the report because it was so negative and didn't give it to the mayor's office until five days after the fact.

Been says there's no cover-up and he will be vindicated.

LaFortune will make a decision about Been's job after Hagedorn's review.
