A man is clinging to life after being hit by a train in downtown Tulsa.
Police say it looks like the 57-year-old was trying to cross some railroad tracks on Elwood.
A witness says he didn't see the man get hit, but he did see him walking just minutes before. Mark Jones: "I just seen him. We got here in time that he was laying on the tracks, in the middle of the railroad tracks, his legs were on the other side, his arm was on the other side, his eyes were open like he was conscious."
The man's legs and one of his arms were severed, but Tulsa Police say he was alive when paramedics took him to the hospital.
