BALDWIN CITY, Kan. (AP) -- A University of Tulsa official is one of three finalists to take over as president of Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.

TU vice president for enrollment and students services Roger Sorochty is one of the three competing to succeed the retiring Daniel Lambert at Baker.

The other two are University of Missouri-Kansas City executive vice chancellor Patricia Long and Albion College of Michigan vice president Troy VanAken.

The three will make campus visits starting Monday and the university hopes to name its new president in May.
