A man, who has had 85 run-ins with police, is back behind bars.

Tulsa's fugitive squad, along with K9 officers, the helicopter unit, patrol officers and the FBI arrested 22 year old Charles Oliver Monday. They say he was wanted for escape, drugs and robbery.

Tulsa Police recently arrested Oliver after a high speed chase. They say he didn't show up for court and was a most wanted fugitive.
