31 year old Michael Phorn faces charges of impersonating an officer.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol pulled Phorn over for speeding through an accident scene and found his car decked out with lights like those found in unmarked police cars. They say they also found handcuffs, a police jacket and hat, and pepper spray.

A witness told OHP troopers they saw Phorn driving with the lights and siren on. Troopers towed his car to a storage lot where they removed the gear.

Phorn is free on bond.
