OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A Midwest City couple is planning to open a chain of ``healthy concept'' fast-food Mexican restaurants across Oklahoma and in Texas.

Raymond and Meri Walker say they'll open 58 Taco Del Bar restaurants with 16 in Oklahoma City and 13 in Tulsa. Another three will be in both Norman and Lawton and two each in Midwest City, Broken Arrow and Edmond.

Yukon, Bethany, Altus, Duncan, Moore, Ponca City, Shawnee, Ardmore, Bartlesville, Muskogee and Stillwater will each have one. Others will be in the Wichita Falls and Sherman areas in Texas.

Meri Walker says the restaurants are like Subway shops and have a healthy concept with no fryers used.

Taco Del Mar is based in Seattle and has 193 restaurants in the US and Canada.
