The battle over a fallen Oklahoma soldier's final resting place continues in the courts.

Renee Amick is appealing a California judge's decision to grant custody of her son's remains to her former husband who lives in Oklahoma.

Staff Sergeant Jason Hendrix was killed by a roadside bomb last year.

Hendrix was buried in a Tulsa cemetery last April.
