Oklahoma's lottery is in full swing, but one area retailer says he wants out.

Freddie Martin owns Peep's Food Mart in Broken Arrow. He decided in October selling lottery tickets was too time consuming and costly. So he asked out and that's been challenging. Martin says the state removed machines, but now there's a disagreement over how much money Martin's store owes the state.

"The business was about the customers that come in here everyday, not just people who want to buy lotto tickets. So we chose to go ahead and drop the lotto and go back to doing business just like we did before hand."

Martin says he talked with state lottery officials and was told someone from the lottery commission would come to the store to straighten out the details.
