STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Oklahoma City police arrest a second man in a weekend shooting at an off-campus party in Stillwater that killed one University of Oklahoma student and wounded three other college students.
Oklahoma City police arrested 21-year-old Louis Jones[pictured] Monday on complaints of accessory to murder and possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction.
Stillwater police say Jones is alleged to have provided the .45-caliber handgun that was used in the fatal shooting.
The alleged gunman -- 21-year-old Karras Mitchell Harrison -- was arrested on a Payne County murder complaint Monday.
Paul Shanor -- a 21-year-old OU student -- died Monday after being shot in the chest.
The condition of the three others injured in the shooting were upgraded Tuesday.
