OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Law enforcement authorities have seized 10 gaming machines and almost $10,000 in cash from a lodge at Grand Lake.
Delaware County sheriff's Sergeant Larry Barnett says several citations were issued during a raid at the Moose Lodge in Grove on December 23rd.
Barnett says $2,600 in cash was seized in the raids along with about $7,000 from the gaming machines.
Officials at the state Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission say they received a tip this summer about possible illegal activity at the lodge. ABLE agents worked with Delaware County authorities in the raid.
Officials at the Moose Lodge say the building is still open.
