SPAVINAW, Okla. (AP) -- A 55-year-old Langley man is killed when his pickup truck overturns on a Mayes County road, ejecting him from the vehicle.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Keith Fuchs was pronounced dead at the scene of Tuesday's crash, which happened shortly after noon.

The patrol says Fuchs was southbound on a county road when he lost control of his truck and ran off the road before it overturned, ejecting him out the passenger-side window.
