A preliminary hearing for the retired Creek County judge was postponed again Monday morning because Donald Thompson's attorney said he wasn't ready.

Thompson is accused of using a sexual device while presiding over trials. When the hearing does resume, prosecutors are expected to present evidence for two additional charges against Thompson.

The new charges of indecent exposure and misuse of a state computer would be tacked on to three existing counts of indecent exposure.
