Here's the latest on a young girl critically injured in an accident that killed her father.

Saint Francis Hospital says 2-year-old Brianna Newman has been upgraded to fair condition.

Brianna was critically injured when she and her father were hit by
a pickup truck on Wednesday. Daniel Newman was killed. Newman was carrying his daughter and walking with his wife and their two other children after their car ran out of gas.

52-year-old Norman Stephens of Tulsa was arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
