CHANDLER, Okla. (AP) -- The mother of a 2-year-old Meeker girl who was allegedly killed by the woman's husband, says she's pregnant with his child.

Raye Dawn Porter makes the claim in a filing for divorce from Michael Porter. She's asking for half their marital assets, attorney fees, financial support for the child and for the court to deny him any form of visitation.

Michael Porter is in the Lincoln County jail on a first-degree murder charge in the death of Raye Dawn Porter's 2-year-old daughter, Kelsey Smith-Briggs. He's accused of causing blunt force trauma to the girl's stomach that medical officials say caused her death.
