GUTHRIE, Okla. (AP) -- The Lazy E Arena, Ranch and Training Center at Guthrie and the company that produces Bullnanza bull-riding competition are being sold.
Lazy E owner EK Gaylord the second is selling the properties to Lazy E Ranch of Nevada. The price wasn't disclosed.
Lazy E Ranch owners Wes Adams and Michael Coronado say they plan to continue running the operations.
The Lazy E Arena was built in 1984 and is the site of numerous rodeo, equestrian, motocross and other events each year.
Upcoming events at the arena won't be affected by the sale.
