HOOKER, Okla. (AP) Two people, including a child, are dead following a one-car crash in the Oklahoma Panhandle.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Martha Mesta and Isabel Mesta were killed in the crash on US Highway 64 east of Hooker in Texas County. Troopers say Isabel Mesta is a child, but her age wasn't known.

Investigators say Martha Mesta was driving a pickup truck and lost control as she was passing a tractor-trailer rig about 4 yesterday afternoon. The pickup then ran off the roadway and rolled.

Two other passengers in the pickup are hospitalized in Liberal, Kansas, in stable condition.
