Tulsa Police believe a man died when he fell from a dumpster that was being emptied by a trash truck.

Officers were called early Thursday morning to the area behind the Payless shoe store on Admiral, between Sheridan and Memorial.

At first they weren't sure whether the man was already dead in the dumpster or if he died from the fall. They now believe he was homeless and that the fall killed him.

Tulsa Police are holding the trash truck as evidence.
