OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A federal grand jury has indicted an Enid man on a charge of sexual exploitation of children.
The indictment returned Tuesday accuses David W. Odea of enticing a 5-year-old girl to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce child pornography. He could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Odea, 45, faces two additional counts of possessing child pornography.
The panel also indicted Edgar Mario Castillo, 19, on a charge of possessing an unregistered firearm.
The Oklahoma City man faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
