Tulsa Police say the serial rapist might have struck again Friday night in east Tulsa. This time the victim was a 2-year old girl.

Victim's uncle Justin Schurr: "We come up here from the hurricane. For all this, I could have stayed in a trailer that had no water and no power, no nothing, you know what I'm saying, and we probably would have done better off than coming up here, you know, for all this."

Justin Schurr's family left New Orleans to escape Hurricane Katrina. But his neice couldn't get away from the man who sexually assaulted her.

Investigators say the girl's mother went to check on the crying toddler around four Saturday morning. That's when she noticed wet grass in the room and her daughter was cold and naked.

Detectives say the suspect entered a window, took the girl outside and sexually assaulted her. When he was finished he took her back inside and left through the front door.

Family members have a few words for the man who did this to the little girl.

Justin Schurr, Victim's Uncle: " If I catch ya, I'm going to deal with ya. I ain't worried about the police, I ain't worried about now what anyone else is going to do. I'm going to straight deal with ya. You just want to come around to a two year old kid? Why don't you come and jump through my window."

Tulsa Police are not sure if this is the work of a serial rapist, so they do not want us using the composite sketch that everyone has seen, but they say the suspect in this latest crime does have the same description as the rapist.

The suspect entered through an unlocked window and targets young girls, just like the serial rapist. Whoever is committing the crimes is leaving residents here scared and investigators frustrated.

While it's too early to know if this most recent case is connected to the serial rapist police believe that six assaults between Feburary 2004 and May 2005 are linked to the serial suspect.

The attacker has assaulted girls ranging in age from 4 to 20 years old. In all but one case, there were other people at home when the attack happened.
