The State Medical Examiner is looking into whether a sudden heart attack led to a fatal accident in south Tulsa.

A cab driver headed westbound on 61st near Harvard told Tulsa Police he saw a car speeding up behind him. He said the white Oldsmobile clipped his cab, ran off the road and hit a tree. Officials say health problems could be to blame.

The 51-year old woman driving the car died.
