Testimony continues Friday in the trial of a father and son accused of killing a security guard in a Tulsa bank robbery.
Wade Lay[left] and his son, Christopher[right] are both charged with first degree murder and armed robbery. During Thursday’s testimony, jurors saw weapons, bullets, a bloody bag and ski mask found in the Lay's truck.
Bank employees also took the stand and testified they saw the guard, Kenneth Anderson die from wounds he got during a gun battle with two masked gunmen. Defense attorneys asked few questions, but pointed out Chris Lay's cooperation with police. His father Wade is representing himself, even though he's not an attorney.
Both could get the death penalty if they're convicted.
