A Tulsa teen faces burglary charges after he's arrested inside a home early Tuesday morning.

A homeowner reported hearing someone in his house near 31st Street and 129th East Avenue. When he went to investigate, he found the teen passed out in the home.

The homeowner used duct tape to hold the teen until Tulsa Police could arrive.
