A Southwest Airlines plane headed to Little Rock had to be diverted to Tulsa Monday after a scuffle between two passengers.

The airline says two men got into a fight during the flight from Las Vegas to Little Rock. They say Danny Hughey Jr. poked the other passenger with a ballpoint pen.

Southwest crew members separated the men until they were able to land in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police took Hughey into custody, while EMSA paramedics treated the victim for minor injuries.

The flight then continued onto Little Rock.
