A Tulsa man is facing a first degree manslaughter charge in Mayes County after a fatal fight over the weekend.

The Mayes County DAâ€™s Office filed the charge against 41 year old James Clark on Monday.

Authorities alleged Clark was involved in an altercation Saturday at a home near Salina that left 47 year old Travis Chatman dead.

The Mayes County DAâ€™s Office says the preliminary cause of death was a broken neck.
