With Wednesday's heat and humidity, the kids at the Happy Hands Learning Center in Tulsa couldn't have picked a better day to host a car wash.
They got their hands wet in hopes of raising enough money to see the sights around Tulsa this summer.
Happy Hands program director Jan Pride: "They came up with the idea of raising their own funds for field trips, the Oklahoma Aquarium, the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, Build-A-Bear, bowling, things like that."
No word on how much money they raised, but organizers say the turnout was tremendous.
Kids from Asbury United Methodist also helped out.
Happy Hands is a early childhood development center for deaf and hearing impaired children.
