RAMONA, Okla. (AP) _ An Owasso teenager dies after a two-vehicle accident on US Highway 75 in Washington County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says that a vehicle driven by 22-year-old David Olinghouse of Tulsa rear-ended a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Samuel Richards of Collinsville at a high rate of speed Saturday about 9:30 AM.
The OHP says the impact caused Richards' vehicle to overturn an unknown number of times and all four people in the vehicle were ejected. One of them, 19-year-old Michael Phillips of Owasso, died at the scene.
Olinghouse, Richards and two of Richards' passengers were taken to area hospitals. Richards and Olinghouse were in critical condition.
