STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ A high school running back from Tennessee who signed with Oklahoma State says he'll enroll at Kentucky instead.

Preston Brown from Antioch, Tennessee, says he's leaving OSU after finding out the Cowboys don't have a scholarship for him.

Brown says he thinks OSU coach Mike Gundy didn't think he would qualify academically and gave the scholarship to another player.

Gundy says all he can comment on is that Brown asked for and was given his release.
