One member of the Tulsa Police Department performs incredible feats of strength in his off time.

Sergeant Mark Sherwood is a member of the Power Team. He and his team members break blocks and tear apart phone books and more.

Once they have the attention of their young audiences, team members share their positive message. "It's not about what I can do physically. It's about the message of hope, encouragement, goals, dreams and making good choices."
