NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma finalized its football schedule for the 2007 season, and it features the beginning of a home-and-home series with Miami and a trip up the turnpike to play at Tulsa.
The Sooners will start the 2007 season with three straight home games and won't leave the state until they begin Big 12 play with a trip to Colorado on September 29th.
Oklahoma will play North Texas in its season opener for the second time in five years. The teams also met to open the 2003 season.
After that, the Sooners have home games against Miami and Utah State before closing nonconference play at Tulsa.
Oklahoma's Big 12 schedule also features home games against Oklahoma State, Missouri, Texas A-and-M and Baylor, and road games at Iowa State and Texas Tech.
The annual Red River Rivalry game will be October sixth in Dallas. The Bedlam game will be October 27th in Norman.
