BRISTOW, Okla. (AP) -- Nine former jurors testify that they heard noises in the courtroom coming from the bench of ex-Judge Donald Thompson during two 2003 murder trials.

The former jurors differed in the details Thursday, but all reported hearing a sound similar to a bicycle pump or blood pressure cuff during the two trials.

Prosecutors have charged the 59-year-old Thompson with four felony counts of indecent exposure and allegedly using a "penis pump" while presiding over trials in 2002 and 2003.

Jurors said the noise came at sporadic intervals and varied pace during the trials. Some witnesses said they saw arm movements from the judge that coincided with the noise.

Today, Thompson's former employee is expected to take the stand.

Lisa Foster, who worked for the former Creek County judge for 15 years, said during his preliminary hearing that she saw Thompson's penis while he masturbated during several trials from 2001 to 2003. She also took a photo of a pump behind the bench in 2001.
