KINGSTON SPRINGS, Tenn. (AP) -- A man wanted in a deadly shooting in east Tulsa is now in custody in Tennessee.
The US marshals office says Joe Sanders of Redbird was arrested Wednesday night at a relative's home in Kingston Springs, Tennessee.
Sanders is charged in Tulsa with first-degree murder in the May 20th shooting death of Javier Carranza outside a Tulsa apartment complex.
Police say Carranza and another man were walking to a party when they were shot.
Sanders is the second suspect in the case in custody and a third is still at large. Police say Brandi Nicole Lindsey is being held for first-degree murder and the search continues for suspect Kenyon Owens.
