A Tulsa high school teacher charged with having a sexual relationship with a student was in court for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.

Tulsa Police say former Booker T Washington high school teacher John Stinchcomb had sexual contact with a girl several times at school and at his home.

The girl testified Wednesday in court. Stinchcomb's attorney says the sex was consensual.

The hearing continues next week.
