OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma City gets a B-plus for its efforts to fight prostate cancer in a new state-by-state report card.

The report by the National Prostate Cancer Coalition grades states based on prostate cancer screening rates, mortality rates and laws that guarantee insurance coverage for testing. Oklahoma is one of the states that has an insurance screening mandate.

Five states failed the test, including Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Mississippi and Wisconsin. Four others got straight A's -- California, Connecticut, Kansas and New York.
