MARIETTA, Okla. (AP) -- Funeral services are set in Marietta for an Oklahoma Marine who was killed in action in Iraq.

The funeral for Lance Corporal Hatak Yearby will be Monday morning at 11 at Marietta High School.

Yearby died Sunday when the vehicle he was riding in hit a mine. He was assigned to the Third Marine Regiment.

The services will be in the high school auditorium with burial to follow in the community of Overbrook.
