OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A 21-year-old Marine from Oklahoma has died in Iraq, according to the Department of Defense.

The dead Marine is identified as Lance Cpl. Hatak Yuka Keyu M. Yearby of Overbrook, in Love County in far southern Oklahoma.

Yearby and 22-year-old Lance Cpl. Jose S. Marin Dominguez Jr. of Liberal, Kan., died Sunday during fighting in the Al Anbar province of Iraq.

Both soldiers were assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force from the Marine base at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
