First degree murder charges have been filed in Wagoner County District Court against Dene Shoemaker in the death of his wife, Stacy.

She was found dead in the couple's Wagoner home on April 30th. She'd been shot twice in the head.

Several items were missing, so investigators first thought an intruder was responsible.

Now they say Dene confessed to shooting his wife and staging the burglary.
