Tulsa voters head to the polls Tuesday. They'll decide whether to extend the city's third-penny sales tax.

Supporters rallied on Riverside over the weekend. Among them was former Mayor Roger Randle.

This package is the largest in the third-penny's history. More than $460-million would fund street improvements, sewer, flood control, parks and recreation, and police and fire.

Rodger Randle: "Tulsa's a great city, but one reason it's a great city is because we take care of it. And the third penny sales tax makes possible the maintenance of our city in the kind of fashion that a great city ought to be maintained.â€

Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor says Tulsa's infrastructure depends on the third penny tax, which originated in 1980.

Tulsans have voted to extend it four times.
