An injury accident closes part of a busy Green Country highway overnight.

It happened on US Highway 412, a couple of miles east of the Creek Turnpike near 265th East Avenue.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says around 3:30 AM Wednesday, the driver of a semi truck was making a U-turn on 412. A man driving a van with Texas license plates didn't see the semi and ran underneath the trailer.

He was taken by helicopter to a Tulsa local hospital, his injuries are not life threatening. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
