BRISTOW, Okla. (AP) -- A man wanted in a double homicide in Creek County is no longer a suspect in the case.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation had been looking for Adam Smith of the Tulsa area in the deaths of Cassandra Morris and Kenneth Taylor.
The OSBI now says investigators have determined Smith probably wasn't involved.
Morris was found shot to death inside her burned trailer and Taylor was found outside his home nearby. Authorities say Taylor apparently was shot when he left his home to investigate what was happening at Morris' home.
Three Tulsa men remain in custody in the case. Caleb Morris, Immanuel Taylor and Corey Ware were arrested Sunday.
