An armed robbery suspect has been arrested after a standoff with Tulsa Police.

Officers received a tip that Joe Winston III was at the Avondale Apartments at 71st and Trenton. When they went to arrest him, Winston locked himself inside his girlfriend's apartment.

He eventually gave himself up.
