Some Green Country students prepared Tuesday night to handle about any disaster that might come their way.
Students, teachers and faculty at Jenks Middle School took part in a mock emergency drill Tuesday - a terror attack on their school. When volunteers portraying a suicide bomber and two gunmen stormed the cafeteria, members of 15 public safety organizers jumped into action.
It's not the first time a mock-tragedy has struck the school. Tara Replogle with Jenks Public Schools: "We've had a plane crash into the school, we've had a school shooting. There's been a tornado hit the school. They try to do this so we don't get too short-sighted. We try to hope for the best but prepare for the worst."
Jenks and Tulsa police, fire and emergency officials all took part in Tuesday's exercise, along with members of the FBI and the National Guard.
