There have been some arrests in the case involving the assault of an elderly Sand Springs man.

Robert Marquiess and Carma Pendleton have been arrested in Wyoming on outstanding warrants out of Tulsa County.

Sand Springs Police want to question Marquiess about a home invasion last month, where 70 year old Albert McManus was bound, beaten and left for dead inside his home.

Sand Springs Police believe Marquiess is the man seen in convenience store surveillance video using the victim's credit card.
