Tulsa Police are still investigating a fatal shooting early Monday morning.
Officers say about 3:30 AM Monday, a man pulled into the Quik Trip near 61st and Memorial in a shot-up car. He told police someone shot at his car as they were driving near 30th and 132nd East Avenue, riddling the car with bullets.
A passenger in the car was killed; the victim's name has been released. The driver was not hurt in the shooting.
A stop for a late-night snack turned deadly for one man in east Tulsa early Sunday. Police say 22-year-old Gabriel Gonzales was waiting at the La Fondita Taco Stand, when he got in an argument with another man over who was first in line.
Tulsa Police Captain Brett Bailey: "there is no indication right now that the they knew each other. They did exchange some words back and forth. And that's when the shooter pulled his gun and fired at him."
Officers say the shooter took off in a red extended cab Nissan pickup. They say a woman and two small children were also inside the truck.
Tulsa Police say Gonzales was taken to the hospital by ambulance in critical condition, where he later died.
