Tulsa Police are investigating the cityâ€™s latest homicide.

Officers say 21-year-old Jesus Rodriguez was found shot to death in his truck early Sunday morning.

The vehicle was parked at the Westminster Apartments in the 4800 South 73rd East Avenue, with Rodriguez slouched over the steering wheel. Someone called security after hearing gun shots.

Tulsa Police Corporal Randall Solomon: "there were some shell casings, thereâ€™s one on the outside by the drivers door and one inside. Approximately three shots were heard inside the complex."

Officers say they don't know who shot Rodriguez. If you have any information, you're asked to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
