Another step in the I-44 expansion project in Tulsa is nearly complete. Moving crews spent most of Monday relocating the last home along I-44. The homes are being moved to make room for widening work on I-44.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation bought out 45 homes along I-44 between Lewis and Riverside Drive in Tulsa as part of the widening project.
A few of the homes were demolished, but most were moved to another Tulsa location.
